Worth the time and money!

Overall Experience:

The year 2020 sent me for a loop, and I needed a strong intervention to address my "loopiness". I have been working with a BetterHelp clinician and I have really benefitted from the level of professionality and expertise provided.

BetterHelp has been invaluable to me and it is more than worth the time and money. It really boils down to the level of expertise, qualification, and experience. BetterHelp gets very high marks from me.
Pros and Cons:
- The effectiveness of the motivational interviewing provided, my motivation has come back to life.
- How on point my clinician is.
- It is so convenient!
- Sometimes technology issues arise - (probably me).
- A broad framework of expectations would have helped me, again maybe I was not attending to emails sufficiently.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
