BetterHelp is amazing. I was able to get affordable counseling with somebody who I meet with weekly through video chat. She's caring and truly wants to help me out. If you want to choose another counselor, no problem. If you don't want to video but would rather text, no problem (although I recommend video). PLUS you can send messages to your counselor at any time between sessions and they'll get back to you as quickly as they possibly can.
The staff at BetterHelp is responsive through emails; usually by the next day, but often enough on the same day. They will work with you to get the counseling you want at a price that you can afford. I feel they truly want to help.
