BetterHelp was recommended to me by a coworker. In these times finding a suitable traditional therapist can be a second job in itself. If it's not the scheduling conflicts, it's the price. If it's not any of that, most offices usually aren't even accepting new patients. Not only was this process streamlined, it actually was cheaper as well. I can't speak for other therapists on BH, but mine was ready to take appointments up to 2-3 times a week and was extremely insightful and intuitive.
I'd recommend this to anyone who's iffy. This is cheaper in the long run about half as much as most traditional services--despite the upfront costs. Also, there's no need to wait weeks apart to find "your person" - change is swift.
Pros and Cons:
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
