I was of course skeptical about trying therapy, but am sooo glad I’m doing it.
It has transformed me and my life in ways I didn’t expect!
My counselor listens and hears me without judgment. I feel like she really gets me and understands what I need. I appreciate the journal suggestions, worksheets are so helpful, and the feedback and advice I get from my sessions! I can see and feel my growth and have learned how to create healthy boundaries which can lead to happy and successful relationships.
