I love the different modes of accessibility that BetterHelp provides. Counselors are available at your fingertips and they do a good job of pairing you with the right counselor. I strongly recommend BetterHelp to assist in your mental health.
Pros and Cons:
- Accessibility of the counselors
- Finding the right counselor match based on your profile
- The different modes of communicating with your counselor
- Not being able to schedule out for the month
