This app has three main resources:
1.) Once a week sessions with your own personal therapist.
2.) 7 days a week access to therapist via texting.
3.) Webinars that address a multitude of mental health topics.
The fact that I'm paying for all this reminds me to invest in myself and actually journal and research to process and evaluate what I am going through thoroughly. Comparable alternative to traditional in-person therapy.
