Overall Experience:

BetterHelp has made therapy accessible, affordable, and rewarding for me. Being virtual and within a price point I can manage is so helpful to me. Being a first-year teacher in a global pandemic can really suck sometimes! But my experience has been really helpful.
Pros and Cons:
- Virtual therapy
- Therapist matching process considered things like faith, sexual orientation, and gender identity, and other very crucial things
- Affordable and I don’t have to worry about insurance
- Not very many payment tiers (can’t only pay per session, can’t pay exclusively for chat feature, etc.)
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
