    The best app if you need help.

    • Length of Use: Less than 3 months
    Overall Experience:

    Love the app because I couldn’t do live sessions automatically but able to send journal writings to the therapist and they immediately write back with help. You can write once a week or every day and the therapist has your thoughts and immediately can get back to you.

    I highly recommend this app for those in need.

    Pros and Cons:

    • The journal writing to the therapist because I do my journaling everyday but I get feedback which I never had before when just journaling by myself.
    • The way in finding the right therapist, how detailed you are and the time it took to find them.
    • The price for the actual attention that I get. It is perfect! I really feel like I am getting my money’s worth.
    • I haven’t done the live sessions yet, will try in a few months when I actually have the time.
    • Do I get a month free if I refer a friend, lol.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
