I've had bad or even just unmemorable experiences with therapy before so I was hesitant to try it again but I heard an ad for BetterHelp on Crime Junkie and I'm so glad I did. Pamella is kind, patient, understanding, intuitive, and extremely helpful. She is an amazing listener and provides insight I haven't heard before. She is willing to meet with me however and whenever is most convenient for me, and has gotten me through one of the toughest moments in my life. I really appreciate how she tailors each session to my mood and what I need to talk about and how she's the perfect mix of empathetic and tough. She gives advice like a sister or friend, but authoritatively, and you know she knows her stuff. I am forever grateful, and look forward to our weekly sessions. I cannot recommend her enough.
