Overall Experience:

So far, BetterHelp has been good. The intake process was very smooth and was quickly matched with someone. The app is very simple and user-friendly.
Pros and Cons:
- Conveniency
- That most therapist don’t accept my insurance, which means I’d have to come out pocket once my free session are up
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
