I've personally worked with BetterHelp through my own search for counseling and through employee benefits. I love the resource and setup of how to start counseling when you feel like you don't know where to turn. It has helped make things easier when seeking counseling and the ability to message or have live sessions or a mix is great when you're not sure what you need but know that someone is listening or able to respond.
