I have never had a poor experience with BetterHelp. I am thankful to have the most caring counselor while BetterHelp is always quick to respond with any questions I may have for them. They also have financially helped me a lot when I've reached out to them. I personally recommend M. Torres as I've never had a better counselor in my life. I love that this app allows me to contact my counselor any time of day as negative situations are not always during the 9-5 usual business hours. 100% recommend.
