Overall Experience:

Reaching out can be scary the first time. But the process and folks at BetterHelp work hard to match you with a person that meets your needs.

Having the correct match is important when seeking out someone to talk with about the "silent or hidden" issues.

I like the fact that BetterHelp will work if your match is not good to find you a new counselor.

Give it a try - you will be happy!
Pros and Cons:
- The matching process
- That I could choose how to talk to my councelor
- That there were options and not a one size fits all approach
- It took a little while to get connected to a good match at first
- That I didn't understand I could ask for a face-to-face or video session right off the bat
