I’ve loved my experience on BetterHelp. I love that it’s provided me access to a service from the convenience of my own home.
Pros and Cons:
- Being able to pick the qualities I want in a therapist
- Convenience
- Range of services (webinars, text chat, phone chat, video chat, check ins)
- Response time can be slow when not in the live function
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
