I got this app as an alternative from doing traditional counseling locally and in person. BetterHelp is more affordable, accessible, and just as good as any other counseling. It was definitely worth the try and I definitely needed it. It’s also nice to be matched with a counselor and be able to change one as needed rather than to go find one out in town and spend all that time to find the perfect one.
