Ms. Danielle Jansen was absolutely amazing. After filling out my initial questionnaire I was told I had to do a video appointment so I clicked on it and didn't wait in their "waiting room" even 5 minutes before Ms. Jansen was on the video call. She was very welcoming, informative, and most importantly she read through all the extra I added on the questionnaire, which was a huge relief. I get my perception tomorrow in the mail and I just had my video conference today!
