I was very pleased with the level of care from the NP, very knowledgeable and gave me a sense that she cared about her patients. She gets 5 stars for sure, top-level!
For the platform, my recommendation would be set some type of expectation on when you will be seen. I sat glued to my laptop for over an hour in the waiting room - the message states if you leave and the doctor happens to arrive you will lose your place in line. Suggest notifying when the doctor will be available within the next 15 minutes. This would make your customer happier.
