Overall Experience:

I am very pleased with the service provided by BetterHelp. If you can't, or won't, go to an in-person session with a counselor - for any reason - then this service is for you. They will work with you patiently, and they will accept your humanity - errors and all - when dealing with not only problems of psyche, but everyday problems like helping with technical issues, etc.
Pros and Cons:
- I like the ease of use, right in my home
- I also like the selection process of being able to choose a counselor, or have one matched to me, if I am feeling indecisive
- I like the quality of the counselor I chose, he is more than qualified
- Difficulty in communication if either counselor or client has difficulty typing, when chat sessions are chosen as the live session type
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
