I have been using the BetterHelp service for about 6 months. My first counselor I was paired with was not a match but that was easily fixed and now I have been working with Lois for 6 months and she is absolutely amazing. Kind, supportive, and constructive with her guidance. I always feel very understood and am given tools to help me process what I am going through, the highs and the lows. 10/10 recommend!
