I love BetterHelp, but most of all, my therapist. I felt so defeated while searching for a therapist through my insurance. No one was taking on new clients and like I said, it was discouraging. Since on BetterHelp I’ve recommended multiple friends and family members. My therapist Rye is an amazing person and I think if she wasn’t so professional and my therapist we would actually be friends. We have a lot in common, which makes it easier for me to talk to her and for her to relate to my situations and circumstances. I feel this is because of the questionnaire and its ability to match you with someone as if it’s like a dating site. When people have more in common it makes everything go smoother!
