Overall Experience:

I love BetterHelp. It’s affordable and convenient and has really helped me start to recover from trauma I didn’t even know I had.
Pros and Cons:
- Quality of therapy
- Convenience
- Price
- Technology issues sometimes get in the way
- Occasionally in-person therapy would be nice
