My experience with BetterHelp has been great thus far. I suffer from intense anxiety/panic attacks due to emotional trauma and codependent tendencies. Since I’ve started the app my counselor has helped me find my emotional triggers, how to work through them, and has helped me reshape my thought process to overcome these issues. I, since then, have seen a major decrease in my anxiety as well as little to no panic attacks.
