BetterHelp has helped me find the perfect therapist for me. I was very specific as to what kind of therapist I wanted and the match that was made was Godsent. It is my first time in therapy. I was always the one escaping from my true feelings whether with food, drugs, or sex, never able to face them head on. With my therapist I have been able to do this.
