Overall Experience:

I started using BetterHelp two months ago and the quick response time and legitimate counseling have been incredibly helpful. It is a low cost and flexible resource for anybody who needs some help.
Pros and Cons:
- The flexible contact options (call/text/video)
- Cheap
- Quick match with counselor
- Call quality was not 100% all the time
- Monthly subscription rather than session based
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
