I was nervous at first about online therapy. I thought it would be awkward, but you can talk to a therapist by email, video, or phone whatever suits you. I was matched right away with a therapist that fits my personality. I expected to go through several before I found one that I felt comfortable with, but that was not the case. I highly recommend them! For this introvert, this is perfect. I can email when I need to talk or schedule a chat. This is a good medium for therapy!
