The accessibility and simplicity of this service is the first thing I noticed. Past that, my doubtful expectations of the quality of the counseling itself was subverted by extremely useful and meaningful counseling. I've followed the work of Carl Jung, Jean Piaget, and Carl Rodgers so closely, my expectation of being matched with someone even close to as competent as these men was low. I was proved wrong. My problems involved things deeply concerning the edges of human perception and philosophy, and the existential dread of uncertainty. I was afraid of getting mediocre help like I have gotten from a therapist in an office. I'm so pleasantly surprised by this service and would recommend it to anyone.
