BetterHelp gave me the chance to seek counselling in an easy and discrete way. I was matched with a great counsellor who took the time to listen, learn about me, and help me with my issues. I'm so thankful that I decided to use BetterHelp and I will definitely continue to use it! I also really like that it's not outrageously priced, as I'm a student. I also really like the online format - it is convenient, and the different options of chatting/calling were really nice to fit with my schedule each week. 10/10! I always recommend it to my friends!
