Very effective

Overall Experience:

I really enjoy this City Lights gloss. It brings out a pale blush in my lip color and it has more "staying powder" than just a plain gloss. It also serves as a good base coat if I want to add some color. My usual chapped lips are soft and smooth as well as a little plumped.
Pros and Cons:
- Ease of ordering
- Speed of delivery
- Quality of product
- When ordering, they offer you financial incentive to buy additional product, does not seem appropriate to buy more product of sight unseen
- I don’t want to buy too many of the same as I am not familiar with shelf life
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
