Overall Experience:

I use the City Lips Lip Plumper and really like it! I try to use it once a day and it gives my lips that extra plumpness I need. I use the tube with no color and it does turn my lips a red color. It stays on my lips to moisturize them for hours.
Pros and Cons:
- Like the friendly newsletters sent out by Victoria
- Like the one product, I use on a regular basis
- Very friendly and helpful staff
- Raising prices on items
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
