Lips feel good

Overall Experience:

My lips have not been getting chapped, which is a big deal for me! The feel of my lips is so good and the shine is terrific. Maybe after I have been using the product for 3 months I will notice a big difference. I'm looking forward to that.
Pros and Cons:
- I really like how my lips look and feel when I use the City Lips
- I thought this would make my lips look fuller, but I don't really think they do
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
