Overall Experience:

It's a good experience. I decided to work with the counselor that BetterHelp recommended to me - I mean the first recommendation but not the other counselors on the list. That counselor did match with me as her expertise does really relate to my issues.
Pros and Cons:
- Convenient to know the appointment time, though my counselor and I are in different timezone
- The screening questions that BetterHelp asked when I first registered did help the process of matching with a suitable counselor
- Asking for feedback after each session helps monitoring the service quality
- The Webinar
- Occasional difficulty to connect and start the video session
- On counseling session page, I will be automatically log out quite soon if no other action taken, but sometimes it's just because I log in earlier or we're trying to connect the video session
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
