I was in a pretty low place and I started BetterHelp for someone to talk to. I'm still dealing with some issues, but I was able to get some things off my chest that were really eating away at me. My psychologist, Dr. Oleshansky, listened to me and was able to allow me to see things in a different perspective, which in turn released some of my burden. I was given helpful worksheets and a gratitude journal to write in. I'm not there yet, but I definitely feel BetterHelp was a good choice for me.
Pros and Cons:
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
