With just one session my therapist has identified what I am going through and has created positive goals to help me get the outcome I want. I am excited to continue this journey to a better life. I have had years of therapy and this is just as good if not better than an in-person session. I can message my therapist at any time and have a timely response. I am assigned small easy tasks to help me achieve my goal.
