BetterHelp has changed my life for the better. One of the things that prevented me from counseling on a regular basis was traveling to the session. I hate driving in traffic after work or having to skip lunch to make an appointment. I also hated telling a new employer that I needed some time off to go to an "appointment," after I recently started. These things changed when I started using BetterHelp. Plus, my counselor is amazing. She listens and provides thoughtful insight. I am not a quick fix, but if you only think you need a few sessions that works as well with BetterHelp. Plus, if you don’t connect with your counselor you do not have to deal with insurance and the arduous process of searching for someone else in your network. Instead of that pointless order from Amazon, treat yourself by using BetterHelp.
