I love the BetterHelp system because I don't have time to make traditional counseling sessions each week, and sitting across from a stranger telling my life story is not fun. But this way I can talk to someone from the comfort of my own home, and I don't have to be on camera or even phone if I don't want to. I can send a message anytime day or night, and my counselor is always good at responding, and letting me know when she's unavailable.
