I was initially skeptical about a therapy app, but BetterHelp has been great. After trying a few therapists via the app, I found a wonderful therapist I've been speaking to via phone sessions for the better part of a year. She's the best therapist I've ever worked with, and the convenience of being able to speak to her on the phone is awesome. Also, the value of BetterHelp for the price is amazing. It's significantly cheaper than most in-person therapists, which allows me to afford therapy as a self-pay patient.
