I was not sure how I would feel about online counseling, but during quarantine I realized that I needed to do some mental health work. I signed up for BetterHelp and I am so glad that I did. My therapist put me at ease and I have really felt better since I’ve been put in touch with her. She listens and asks good questions and sends me things to read. She checks in on text in case I need anything. I think I like this experience more than any office visits I used to have!
