When searching for a therapist, (whether online or otherwise) it can be overwhelming, and even scary! BetterHelp made it easier, took away my initial fears, and paired me with the right therapist for me! The questions guided me through all my needs and wants, and found me someone who knew how to help. There are many options for communication with your therapist, and I was impressed by her credentials, expertise in what I had to wade through. I'm not sure I would have been able to be so open in an office setting.
