My favorite part about BetterHelp is the flexibility it offers - between scheduling my own appointments, deciding how I want to speak to my counselor, and being able to easily change counselors if I don't feel like I'm matched with the right one, it's definitely the best option for me and fits into my chaotic schedule perfectly. It's truly affordable and works with each person to come up with a payment plan that will work for their budget. I love BetterHelp and don't think I could go back to in-person counseling after using this program.
