BetterHelp offers a variety of different styles for counseling such as via texting, video chats, and over the phone conversation. The counselors work around your schedule and are wonderful at getting back to you in a timely manner! I never wanted to go see a counselor in person because I felt uncomfortable until now! If I would've known about BetterHelp a couple of years ago I would've made that step a long time ago. Thank you BetterHelp for changing my life!
