I've been so impressed with not only the counselor BetterHelp matched me with but the whole service and online interface. My counselor was precisely the person I was looking for, she is knowledgeable, local to me, has great experience in the areas where I needed help, and is always available to chat with me via message or more if needed. She is uplifting and offers me the right tools and worksheets for what I am struggling with at that time. The BetterHelp interface is one of the best I've ever seen for both mobile and desktop. There are so many features within the site to journals that you can automatically share, to video conferencing without other links or logins, to great message and fillable worksheets all within the site. I love the message reminders I've set for myself to remind me to journal each evening or that I have a call upcoming. One very important thing to mention is the true affordability of this service compared to traditional in-person counseling. I'm impressed and thankful I gave BetterHelp a try!
