I was extremely reluctant to sign up for counseling of any kind and now I am so happy that I did. I started back in February at one of my lowest points - freshly 30 years old - new job - relationship issues - family issues - you name it. I got matched up with Elizabeth/Betsie as my counselor and I honestly can’t say enough kind words about her. She is present, a great listener, makes you feel understood, she follows through, makes you feel comfortable. I look forward to my weekly sessions. BetterHelp in general has been an awesome website - during the pandemic they have even offered financial assistance to members so that they can remain in counseling and that to me is huge. Mental health is so important and BetterHelp is doing it right. Thank you for creating this platform and thank you for having such awesome counselors available like Betsie.
