The ProPlant Shake is something that I look forward to every day. I love the taste of chocolate and I also greatly enjoy shakes. Admittedly, I had gotten mildly addicted to a "specialty shake" at a local fast-food restaurant.
It was so easy to hit the drive-through while I was out and about driving to different locations. The few dollars didn't seem like a big deal. The cold drink soothed my throat, but didn't really satisfy my taste buds. It didn't help my waistline either.
I make the ProPlant Shake with crushed ice and water in a small blender. It's cold, chocolaty, very thick, and satisfying. I am also avoiding the influx of sugar and empty calories. For me, there is no longer a need for the fast-food offering. This shake far surpasses that experience.
This is a terrific product and I would recommend it to everyone.
