For some time now I have been looking for something Doc Gundry approved for my lunch. I am a mechanic and I am always on the road. So my options typically are bringing a sandwich or stopping at a local deli for the same. Neither Doc Gundry approved! At home I was keeping to menu easily enough but couldn’t do it for lunch. Now with the ProPlant shake I am full, staying full and satisfied until I get home.
