I have been using the ProPlant Complete Shake for about a week. I am finding it a very useful product. I added it to my Kefir together with some organic Cacao which enhanced the chocolate taste. I definitely did not need to eat anything else after the shake which was of a very thick custard-like consistency. It has helped me to lose weight and I am very pleased that it is also good for me. I have a long way to go and I feel this product will support me on the journey.
