BetterHelp is the only way to do therapy in 2020 as a working mom. It is so convenient and they could not have matched me to a more suitable therapist. It's a game-changer being able to contact my counselor at all times. When life happens and you need to touch base with a trustworthy person to help in certain situations, this meets that need. I'm no longer just writing to myself in my journal, but my thoughts and concerns and needs are being seen and affirmed by someone. I love BetterHelp.
