BetterHelp is the perfect platform for someone that has a busy schedule and needs access to therapy on their time. I loved the first therapist I connected with (normally it can take trial and error for a few months while finding someone new) as you probably know. My gal Shalina is funny and tells it like it is. She was able to take a drawn-out description of my thoughts and feelings and pin right away who I am and articulate it in a way that I could actually help myself address my concerns. So far it seems like a lovely community. I’ve already sent a few friends to BetterHelp and they're loving it!
