I was a little skeptical about therapy in general and doubly so about doing it online, but this has been so helpful I’m a complete convert. It’s so easy to use and not at all intimidating, which for a depressed person like me is very important. In addition to the sessions with my therapist, there are also a lot of great group therapy webinars about a range of helpful topics from anxiety coping mechanisms to how to communicate better in relationships. I highly recommend this app!
