I ordered the shake because I wanted to believe in the wonders it could do. I had it twice as the recipe suggested on the container. Then I tried it with just plain water and noticed it was still slimy and gooey. I gave one container to my daughter who also hated the taste. Another thing, when I ordered it, somehow I got charged for 9 containers and then I called their customer service who offered an additional discount so I didn't have to be hassled to return and pay shipping costs. But now I am stuck with all these containers. I had them sitting around for a couple of months and decided to try again, but I still feel the same way.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
