Snickers is an 8-year-old calico cat that I rescued from Animal Control almost two years ago. She is a BIG kitty who would love to eat 24/7! After gaining six pounds the first year, the vet declared that 21 pounds was just too much and recommended a diet plan.
Well, Snickers didn't understand why she couldn't have food every time she meowed, she announced her displeasure by meowing even more and louder. She gave me the stare that cats are known for, but that didn't work. I didn't budge, just continued giving her tough love.
Nutra Thrive to the rescue! After a month of the Nutra Thrive supplement added to her food, Snickers is more content. Yes, she still meows to talk to me, but not so demandingly as before. I feel she is now getting the nutrients her body desires. Both of us are much happier.
